  • Yes we do. We have a lot of experience designing ourselves and also work with partner designers and architects on more complicated projects.

  • The short answer is yes. The scope of work can be designed around your budget. We will help you make a decision that will maximize what you can get for your money. 

  • If the client would like to save some cost and do some of the work themselves such as demolition or painting, we can certainly let you do that. We will discuss the pros and cons and let you make the decision.

  • We try to communicate as much as possible. We understand how stressful a construction project might be, so we overcommunicate so that the client is aware of everything that is going on.
